Colette Walravens is a Bachelor of Business Administration student at the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where she is focusing on Technology and Finance with a minor in Computer Science. With a strong foundation in both business and technical disciplines, she has developed analytical expertise through roles in venture capital and equity research, including at Battery Ventures and Citizens JMP Securities.Colette is passionate about fostering opportunities for young women in technology and business. As a Student Advisory Board Member for Girltelligence, she has played a key role in app redesign, content development, and strategic partnerships, contributing to a tenfold increase in downloads. She is also an active member of the Michigan Private Equity & Venture Capital Club, where she has conducted due diligence on emerging technology companies and developed investment theses. Beyond her professional and academic pursuits, Colette continues to embrace her creative side as a singer-songwriter. She performs and records music with her student band, Coco & Co., maintaining a balance between her artistic passion and her business studies. She is also a Panhellenic Peer Educator, leading initiatives on sexual violence prevention within the Greek community at Michigan.
